Husky reports White Rose oil spill came from subsea flowline connection

EIA: US crude inventories up 3.6 million bbl

US crude oil inventories, excluding the Strategic Petroleum Reserve, increased by 3.6 million bbl for the week ended Nov. 23, according to data from the US Energy Information Administration.
