ConocoPhillips reports full-year, 4Q earnings gains

ConocoPhillips recorded fourth-quarter 2017 earnings of $1.6 billion, up from third-quarter 2017 earnings of $400 million and up from the fourth-quarter 2016 net loss of $35 million.
