SDX Rabul 4 finds heavy oil in Egypt

SDX Energy Inc., London, plans to complete its Rabul 4 discovery well for production on the West Gharib Block in Egypt’s Eastern Desert. The well, drilled to 5,250 ft TD, cut 43 ft of net heavy oil pay in the Lower Miocene Yusr and Bakr formations. Average porosity is 16%.  Source: News
