Court finds FWS approval inadequate for Atlantic Coast Pipeline

A federal appeals court in Richmond found the US Fish and Wildlife Service’s authorization for the proposed Atlantic Coast Pipeline was inadequate and vacated the agency’s incidental take authorization statement.
