Carnarvon advances plans for Buffalo redevelopment

Carnarvon Petroleum Ltd., Perth, has announced its plans for redevelopment of Buffalo oil field in the Timor Sea. The field now lies completely within the jurisdiction of East Timor following the signing of the Maritime Boundary Treaty with Australia earlier this year.  Source: News


Chevron reports first-quarter net income of $3.6 billion

EPA proposes more time for new well site owners to report emissions

SDX makes gas discovery in Morocco

SDX Energy discovered conventional natural gas in its LMS-2 exploration well on the Lalla Mimouna permit in Morocco. The operator is completing the well for production in the Miocene H-9 sand interval, a shallow marine deposit not previously tested in the area. Source: News
