Sydney gas utility AGL Ltd. has struck a deal to sell its 50%
interest in the Moranbah Gas Project in north Queensland to privately
owned Chinese gas distributer Shandong Order Gas Co. and Australian
private investment company Orient Energy Pty. Ltd.
