State-run Tianjin Bohua Chemical Development Co. Ltd.
(TBCD), Heping District, Tianjin, has let a series of contracts to
CB&I, Houston, to provide technology licensing for units to be built
as part of a grassroots petrochemicals plant to be cited at the Bohai
Chemical Industry Park in northern China’s Tianjin Port Economic Zone.
