CNOOC Ltd. and its subsidiary CEPR Ltd. have signed an agreement with Novatek and Ekropromstroy LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of JSC Novatek, to acquire a 10% equity interest in Arctic LNG 2 LLC.
