The board of Petroleos Mexicanos (Pemex) has approved the appointments of Carlos Murrieta Cummings as managing director of Pemex Transformacion Industrial SA de CV, effective Sept. 1, and Rodrigo Becerra Mizuno as corporate director of business process and information technology, effective Sept. 5.
