Perth company FAR Ltd.
has moved to arbitration to resolve the current joint operating
agreement dispute regarding the company’s right to pre-empt the sale of
ConocoPhillips’ interest in three blocks, including one containing the
recent SNE oil discovery offshore Senegal.
