Husky Energy Inc. has received approval for the limited restart of oil and gas production from White Rose field offshore Newfoundland and Labrador and for its plans to repair equipment that leaked oil last November. The leak occurred at a subsea flowline connection during the restart of production, which had been shut in during heavy weather.
