Thunder Creek Gas Services, a subsidiary of Meritage Midstream Services, is more than doubling natural gas processing capacity on its supersystem in Wyoming’s Powder River basin with construction of a new cryogenic processing plant in Converse County, several miles west of Douglas, Wyo.
