Qatar Shell Ltd. has let a contract to WorleyParsons Ltd. to provide long-term engineering, procurement, and construction management (EPCM) services for its Pearl gas-to-liquids (GTL) onshore and offshore installations in Ras Laffan Industrial City, Qatar.
