Cardinal Midstream has started construction on Cardinal Midstream III’s Iron Horse natural gas gathering and processing system that will span Oklahoma’s Canadian, Grady, Caddo, and McClain counties to serve producers in the SCOOP-STACK-Merge play of the Anadarko basin.
