Seadrill Ltd. says it’s disputing the grounds for termination of the West Pegasus semisubmersible drilling rig contract by Pemex Exploracion y Servicios, and “is reviewing its legal options.” Pemex submitted a notice of termination to Seadrill effective Aug. 16.
