Tecnicas Reunidas of Milan has confirmed its previously awarded contract by State Oil Co. of Azerbaijan Republic, through its joint-venture contractor SOCAR-KBR, for work on the modernization and expansion now under way at the Heydar Aliyev refinery at Baku.
