Siemens AG has completed upgrades to high-voltage substations at Kuwait National Petroleum Co.’s Mina Abdullah and Mina Al Ahmadi refineries in southern Kuwait as part of a greenfield development to increase power stability and expand crude processing capacities at the refineries under KNPC’s Clean Fuels Project (CFP).
