Singapore Refining Co. Private Ltd. (SRC), a joint venture of PetroChina Co. Ltd. subsidiary Singapore Petroleum Co. Ltd. and Chevron Corp., has let a contract to Jacobs Engineering Group Inc., Pasadena, Calif., to provide engineering works for an upgrading project at the catalytic reforming complex of SRC’s 290,000-b/d refinery on Jurong Island, Singapore.
