Indorama Ventures Olefins, an indirect subsidiary of Thailand’s Indorama Ventures, has achieved mechanical completion of its previously announced project to renovate and restart a dormant ethane cracker in Westlake, La., just west of Lake Charles in Calcasieu Parish.
