The US Senate confirmed the nominations of Kevin McIntyre and Richard
Glick to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission on Nov. 2. McIntyre,
who co-leads the global energy practice at the Jones Day law firm, will
serve the remainder of a term that ends in June 2018 and a full term
that ends 5 years later.
