The Woodside Energy Ltd.-operated development phase of the SNE oil field offshore Senegal has let the front-end engineering and design contract for the floating production, storage, and offloading facility to MODEC International Inc. This follows award of the subsea FEED scope to Subsea Integration Alliance last December.
